Linda Lees - Principal/Licensee
Doherty Lees Real Estate is much more than a business to Linda Lees; it is quite literally part of her family. Linda started with the firm as a salesperson almost 15 years ago. She continued to move through a number of positions to management. level. Eventually Linda bought the business in 2001. As the principal, Linda ensures a steady focus is maintained on her 'core' values of honesty, integrity and 'top quality' client service. Since purchasing the business, Linda and her team have gained an enviable reputation for providing the highest level of service to clients. Linda is committed to the success of Doherty Lees Real Estate and her ability to drive the business forward with new initiatives is evident with the agency's accreditation with the REIQ and the training programs this organisation provides to all members of her team. Linda leads a very 'supportive' team culture, while continuing to achieve impressive business growth.

Gail Thornton - Manager & Business Development, Property Management Division
Gail has an extensive international ex Sydney 'corporate' background. She is TAFE QLD trained and qualified in all real estate practices and Qld Fair Trading registered. Gail is also an university qualified Social Scientist/Sociologist. She has attained law, mediation, conflict resolution, psychology, research, sociology, social welfare, counselling and politics qualifications, as well as Diplomas in Business and Marketing. Gail is therefore in the 'unique' position of being able to offer all our investment clients 'sound' advice, backed by a professional, experienced approach.
Greg Chaplin - Sales Consultant
Greg prides himself on his extensive knowledge of the Gold Coast region and Southport, in particular. Greg has lived in the area for over 24 years. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Greg worked in banking. He now enjoys a strong network of Gold Coast clients. In his spare time, Greg is involved in cricket administration. He is a 'life member 'of the Gold Coast District Cricket Association and in 2000 was awarded the Australian Sports Medal.
Peter Ferguson - Sales Consultant
Peter commenced his real estate career on the Gold Coast in the early 1990’s in general real estate. He diverted his focus to the investment market in the south east Queensland region in the late 90’s - working with investors, developers, and builders. Peter recently made the decision to become part of the Doherty Lees team because of their professional, yet friendly approach. Peter ensures that the needs of both people looking to purchase and property owners looking to sell, are met.
